You did fuck up by bitching to her immediately AND by overtly saying she is seeking attention - but what you did right was to call her bluff, and now you're in a position of power.

First, that's a good job, even if imperfect, so congratulations, keep that up. Ignore all the dumbfucks around here, they have never been in your situation because they've never dealt with a girl before.

Second, you need to maintain frame. She needs to know that you're not willing to tolerate that. You need to make that clear with as little words as possible.

Last, it is up to you whether you want to accept her back, but remember that:

She wants attention. She may stop seeking it for a while, but if you slip up again (and you will), she will be preying on you, and if you have broken frame, she will do it again.
You need to find a way to fuck her. She is begging you to break quarantine (yes girls love breaking the rules and being naughty) and go fuck her. Find a way to do so, or she'll continue being desperate for attention and validation. There's a reason why long distance relationships don't work.
