Hire people based on their merit instead of their gender. You will automatically get men. This is more appropriate. If you are getting a woman based on merit then she is the right person for that job.

If I had my own business I'd only hire men. Logic: if a woman is unemployed, there's always some sort of financial help for her. Not so if you're a man.

Simple economics assures you should only hire men. If pay has to be equal, men are a better deal. No risk of sexual harassment claims, no risk of extended pregnancy time off, more muscle per employee.

What woman don’t understand in their fight for “equality” is that they are over pricing females and under pricing males at the same price point.

As a profit driven business person, it would be illogical to hire even 1 woman.

UPS makes all their personnel deliver packages for one week, even the pilots.

My company has been men only for a couple years. It’s pretty easy to get things done when there isn’t a volatile element in the mix that can ruin things at any moment.

I work in IT and over the decades I have been in companies / teams with and without women.

The difference in quality of life and wholesomeness of the work environment is PHENOMENAL.

You’re doing God’s work.

Men need employment to sustain their families and homes while women can just leech off the working men. Women don’t need employment, they can do work at home such as cooking and cleaning.

You are unironically making it better for the greater population because there will be less homeless men on the streets and less suicides by men.

Here's the problem though: once you get even remotely big enough, you have to either get help on hiring from other men, or those other men would have to do the hiring. There's really no good way to ensure that they themselves don't hire women. And if a woman seems qualified enough and you snub her, then you might get called out by a white knight.

There's a limit on how many employees a business can have before women must be included - I think its 15. After that point, start an additional company performing the same function and hire up to 15 more men for that one.
