So I saw the stickied post about hitting the gym every day and I wanted to give the newbies some hope.

Summary
I found RP in June last year, as I am older (34) it just confirmed about everything I already tought, but was shamed by everyone around me for thinking. This is a picture of a year's progress doing calysthenics.

Body So from June 2014 to June 2015 I did everything wrong, and slow, I know I hate the gym, just don't have the time (three days a week I wake at 7.30am and return home at 00:30 am, work plus thesis, yeah in my country i'ts allright to be this late in university)
So I devised a plan, I would do something but I would also avoid the gym.

First six months
100 Push up challenge, for three months, I've reached a plateau of 60 push ups, from 7 I could do on day one.
I eventually included other challenges: 250 squats, something something dips challenge.

In November 2014 I found the www.startbodyweight.com routine, and I loved it! I began doing it religiously.

Until March 2015, when I went a month into vacations, when I returned both cold and the loss of constance made me miss my mark constantly. I still did it, but not every fucking time.

In any case, even as spotty as this was, this is my progress pic. I know I still have a couple of years to get to the body I want, but, if I could do this at 34 years and missing my mark constantly...

Lessons learned
YOU. CAN. DO. IT.
