I have been shaving mine since 2005. Best choice i ever made. No fucking around with hair or a receding hairline. Buzz it with no guard 2x per week and own it!

Make sure you keep it oiled and clean after use, can keep it running well for many years with a little maintenance.

Been cutting my own hair for 18years....just a buzz cut but the cost savings adds up. I typically cut my hair every 2-3weeks

I use the Braun Cruzer as well as a slightly more portable Braun.

Amazing clippers. The Cruzer is 100% waterproof so I blast it off in the shower and it’s gone. The other one is multi attachments so I can smash the hair of nose.

£60 altogether? Far cheaper than a barber.

I’m half asian, could never find a good haircut I liked (I did actually, the 2 block haircut looks really good on me) but it’s extremely high maintenance (for a man, it is) and I think I’m just going to shave my head. My grandfather in Thailand was a Buddhist monk who had a shaved head so I’m probably going to look like a fuckin monk. Screw it.

2 years?? I’ve been shaving my head since 15 years old. I’m almost 40 now, I’m gonna breakdown the savings over 24 years.

Say I get a haircut once a month for $20 (including a $5 tip).

$20 x 12 months = $240/year

$240 x 24 years = $5,760

Not to mention the time I save by cutting my own hair, usually takes about 10 minutes versus schlepping to a “salon” and taking about an hour between commuting there and back and waiting for service to be done.

If u want a good razor for your face the panasonic arc5 is the greatest electric razor I have ever used. $109 with a 3 year full warranty and gives you a CLOSE shave, imo just about as close as a straight razor without all the hassle.

In 4$ in India, you can have a decent haircut, beard trimmed and a short oil massage to head.

Very relaxing. I do it twice a month

You can also hire a bone breakers messager who will oil you crazy and break every bone you never knew you had at around 8 bucks for 30 minutes
