Mother Nature looked at her Children.

Lovingly she looked upon her daughters, She spoke giving them the gift of beauty. "To you my Daughters I give you the alluring gift of beauty. All shall desire you, All shall want you, to the very ends of this earth you will be chased after and showered with kindness and gifts. You all will choose your own fate and your own companion. Rich or Poor, Tall or Short, White or Black, all men will be at your beck and call." and so Nature was Kind to Women, Gifting them with power and options in life. All of them would choose their own life.

Hatefully she looked upon her sons, She spoke cursing them with Lust and denying them the gift she gave her daughters. "To you my sons, I curse you with the curse of longing desire, You will desire the world, but none shall give it to you, You will desire my daughters but they will decide if you are worthy. You will fight other Men, Beasts, and your own nature to the ends of this earth. You will have no choice in your fate, sent to fight and die, and my daughters will only pick the best among you. You will forever be at the service of my daughters." and so, Nature was Cruel to men, Cursing them with desire and duty. All of them would live the life they were given.

Father Time looked at his Children.

Upon his sons he looked with Pity and respect for the cruel trick Nature had played on them. He spoke, "I shall not lift this curse, and I shall not bless you with any foolish advantages, But my sons This I Promise. You will Run the gauntlet, You will fight tooth and claw against Nature. Against Human nature you will fight bloody wars, against Animal Nature you will hunt for food, and against your own nature you will fight to become men. But should you Survive, should you thrive in this hell you have been placed in. You will be sharp and unbreakable as steel blades and command more power than any who were merely given their power." and so Time was kind to men. All those who would work and strive for something better would achieve it.

Upon his Daughters he looked with spite and distaste for the dishonest gift they had been given, "I shall not lift this blessing, and I shall not curse you with any miserable desires, But my Daughters This I promise. You will receive your gift and nothing more. You will surrender yourself to nature and partake in all it offers. You will not be honed and perfected by the life you lead. You will only grow rusty and dull with time. Thrive while you can for your existence is as flimsy as leaves in the wind, and the power you have been given will decay and disintegrate to nothingness." and so time was cruel to women. All those who would rely upon their birthright would see their existence crumble before their very eyes.

Father time looked happily upon his sons, knowing that the ones that overcome all that nature threw at them would find true happiness. Mother Nature wept knowing her daughters would never know anything resembling happiness for their gifts were not earned but freely given.

Mother Nature looked with hatred at her husband, and questioned how he could damn their daughters with such a horrifying truth, yet father time looked on with a trusting smile, knowing that he was the great equalizer of the world, and he spoke to mother nature saying.

"Tell it to the wall, bitch."
