I used to work in a big franchise gym in Europe and we offer a plan that allows people to exercise together at the same time, just two people, not more. On a shift of mine, a customer came in together with his wife and daughter, the father and daughter went together through the gate, which isn't supposed to be the case. I explained to them that they are only allowed to come with two people at the same time, not three. They told me they got confused because it was said it is a "family plan", which it is but only for two at the same time. Anyway, they go onto their business and so do I.

A couple days later I was working again an evening shift and as I was walking away from our reception, I heard the front door open and so opens the gate (which you scan you card for and it opens) and I see the mother - I explained a couple days ago - open our emergency exit to let her husband, daughter and son in to the gym. Legally speaking they were breaking and entering. Personally I am someone who doesn't tell you a nice story first and then tells you to fuck off, I tell you directly to fuck off. So I go to them, tell them that I want them to leave as I explained them that they are only allowed to come with 2 at the same time and that I wanted them to leave the premises. They got aggressive and refused, which led to me saying that I will call the police if they do not. They got super aggressive, father, mother and son (daughter went directly to changing rooms) were all screaming at me. So I backed off, informed my colleagues and they said write down information about them and just let them do their thing.

My boss later talked with these people, they tried telling my boss I was threatening them. They told my boss the same as I told her. I told them to leave, they refused, I said I will call the cops. They saw that as threatening and tried to get my boss to fire me. Luckily for me, my boss didn't take their shit and told them it wasn't a threat, it was a result of their actions. So they escalated the matter and reached out to the regional manager, who stuck with my boss and me. Also after seeing the security cameras it clearly shows that they were waiting outside until I left (our reception doesn't face the entrance).

These people weren't done yet, no one was agreeing with their points so they pull out the lowest possible move. They went back to my boss to claim that I went into the women change/bathroom to spy upon their underage daughter in the shower. Now it is true, we work alone and we occasionally have to enter the women change/bathroom to clean. But each and every male colleague of mine always says "Employee. Can I enter?" and so do I. My boss told them to fuck off and they made her mad with such a low claim. They insisted that they want a conversation with me and I refused to be there without a lawyer.

So they tried to slander me with being a pedophile. I lived in fear and emotional distress for a good 3 weeks because of this.

tl;dr: People broke in to my gym, told them to fuck off, refused, got mad, tried telling my boss I threatened them, boss didn't believe, then tried telling my boss I was a pedophile spying on their underage daughter in the shower.
