I know that MGTOW subs and forums can be women hating and bashing, and that's the reason I am a bit skpetic about trying to get realistic serious advice that I NEED for my life rather than just hateful comments and criticisms. I would hope that the readers can realize I am just trying to find the best possible solution for my situation.

 

So I have been with this woman for 4 years now. We started dating back in my home country. I am NOW an immigrant to Ca on a student visa. I really love this girl, but I also know a human being is a human being and prone to all faults. Love doesn't last forever but child support and alimony does. As much as I love her and want to think about building a life with someone I might consider a unicorn (I have set boundaries from the start, moulded and shaped her to support me, and help me help her grow along with me in our journey through life.)

It wouldn't bother me in the least if she came over and we split up a few years down the line and we both went our separate ways. But I want to try and protect myself from all possible directions and angles of legal rape by the system.

 

Since I am an immigrant I only have 2 ways, that I know of as of now, to help me get her over here with me.

1) Marry her.

2) Get her over via a student visa and support her financially while we build our lives together. (She will work as well of course I am not a sugar daddy, just helping her find her feet in the beginning.)

In the second case I am already supporting her financially for a while, and then there also comes the fact that apparently if you live with someone in Ontario for 2 years the girl can then assert the same separation rights in a marriage of 50% of property, child support etc etc.

The first case, marriage, is the 'easiest' case of me getting her over here with the least amount of hassle.

Is it at all possible for me to have all kinds of documents signed, prenups, conditioned contracts or whatever one might term it that she can never demand child support, alimony, 50% of my ANYTHING irrespective of whether or not I ever do anything that can be considered questionable, including cheating on her. I can have her sign all of these documents and more that would be required to save my ass, but the question really is, would that be enough or are there still ways despite having every single thing in writing, the courts and legal system can still fuck me in case things ever go south.

Basically is there a way of making a fool proof marriage contract where the guy can never get fucked in the end in case people decide to part ways and the woman suddenly becomes vengeful?

 

I want to add, I have already told her multiple times I would like to never get married, to ANYONE because of the reasons we already know. But I do genuinely love her, and would like to see if we can have an actual life together, kids, family, house, business and hopefully even forever. She understands that and wants to be with me, therefore she will be willing to sign everything I give her. I am now unfortunately stuck considering marriage because that's the only way I can figure out for her coming here easily, so I am trying to foolproof my decision if it is at all possible.
