Women are 'good' at coordinating/organizing when the group is comprised of men who for one, listen and secondly, want to get shit done because they know what they want. Have you seen them trying to organize/coordinate a bunch of women? Not nearly as successful.

Coordinating: finding a man who can do the job then telling him to do it. Then monitor the situation so you know whether to pass the blame or take the credit.

Example: Police Officers - Most of the time they stand in the background just chilling while the male police officer apprehends the suspect.

I think half the women at my company fall in this bucket. They give them fancy names like Project Coordinator, Business Improvement Specialist, etc.. they do fuck all. They basically manage people that actually do work.

Good at coordinating...women?They give only the impression that they coordinate.Did you see women having panic attach when "coordination" has gone wrong. I've seen it.

It only makes sense, women are human BEINGS, men are human DOINGS. Just like when women don't actually do something or act when they want something, they just bitch and complain to a man until he does that thing for them, nagging is in their nature since they are physically and mentally inferior to the men they rely on, so they nag them into doing their bidding.

My personal example is my Mom. When she is hungry or wants something particular to eat, instead of being a fucking adult and going out to get that stuff she wants, or going out to a place by her-self. She has to nag my Dad, "There is not much to eat." which is a not so subtle hint that there is nothing SHE wants to eat around, but she is a child and needs approval or permission, or expects someone else to solve that for her, so she nags. There are many more examples, this is just the one that always sticks in my head and I laugh at when I see it happen.

You gotta get to the bottom of this.

Most women have lower IQ than men and are less motivated because they are seen as weaker sex (subconsciously even if they are not told so), so they depend on handouts by their family and friends.

They are less motivated to accomplish something as they don't get personal statisfaction from accomplishments like men do.

So a girl nearly failing in highschool when hookups with the brightest athlete or brightest student whatever, she pegs her value by not her grade but by whoes she's hooking up with.

She will always look for someone more valuable, infact most valuable man she can find to establish and move up in the social hierarchy.

This is why so many showmen (who are often strangled in debt have so many chicks chasing them) because women have nothing to do with money either, they see it as proxy for status and reputation or fame etc.....and want same.

My last position as a developer i owned 40% of the code base. The woman who was there for longer and held a higher position owned 8% when i left, on top of me having to fix a handful of her mistakes.

Women are useful at getting other men to help them by flirting or casually flirting with them. Watch any woman manager, this is what they do. This is why they have so much tension in female majority environments, no one wants to do any fucking work so they try to pass it on to the next.
