Very true. Point 5 and 6 reminded me of Dave Chappelle's joke about men and women. You can look it up on Youtube "Dave Chappelle men and women". In it he says men only have nice cars not because men like nice cars but because women like nice cars. Men are hunters and the car is the bait. If a guy could fuck a girl in a cardboard box he wouldn't buy a house...etc. Of course it's just a joke but still....

I have a condominium and once I retire, plan to sell it and move to a small town.

I don't own a lot of stuff, but my weakness is electronics. I have a nice home video setup, computer, and a ham radio station, and that's enough for me.

You missed the loans and credit card as she buys stuff to compete with the woman next door, you constantly trying to work harder/ smarter to cover the bills, coming home at the end of the month with your pay cheque to find she has crashed the car and the repair bill equals your pay cheque. Realising she has invited her family over for the full Xmas holidays so you pay for them and get no peace in your own home.
