You think being a fresh grad is bad? Try having years under your belt, experience at multiple hospitals, and being told that you're intelligent and knowledgeable... yet you've been out of work for over a year because you work in a female dominated industry.

The sheer number of interviews I've had make it clear that the odds favor discrimination over lack of qualifications to their standard. I've busted my ass to not move an inch, and yet I know a woman less capable than me just needs to wander into HR and be assured a position.

They had one of these in My city and it was a total of 20 people only 3 men I could see. They didn’t interrupt traffic and nobody cared. Some how made it to the news.
