Made a research about what company it is what they do where they manufacture and discovered that it was led by a woman... Then that company operate at record loss since several years in row, the share lost about 80% values from it's peak and lost 50 % in only one year time frame.

Reasons are about competition crushing them because they don't adapt and innovate since many years. They were making phones and divers electronic products, I guess they should just stick to VR...

The company is Chinese (Taiwanese to be precise) in those culture there is no pussy pass from gov unlike in the West where just because you have pussy you get instant millions dollars funding like the Teranos scam...

I've been in leadership positions at some points in my career and the writer made every mistake that could be made. This was, simply, leadership failure. I would have adopted a zero tolerance for bad behavior and upheld professional expectations. I would have turned over half that staff in a very short period of time. She brought this on herself.

My current office is 50-50 male female. All the males get on great. The females are constantly fighting each other. It got so bad that company leadership was brought in to play team builder.
