Fat is lazy and a psychological condition...my brother us clinical obese I wouldn't be surprised if he was dead before 40...I tell him all the time loose weight but he has emotional ,psychological issues from childhood trauma.

My sister is just lazy she's not obese but she's pudgy.A lot of women don't go to the gym to work out they go to the gym so they can say they went to the gym.

I'm alot older than her and way fitter often people think I'm 5 or 10 years younger than my actual age.

I have other siblings tyre all thin and fit.

Genetically it's more along the lines of where fat gets stored, rather than just simply getting fat easier. Apart from some extremely rare thyroid condition, if you are fat then you are eating more than you burn.

Men tend to accumulate fat around the belly, women tend to accumulate fat around the buttocks, waist, breast, and thighs.
