I was over watching films with a guy and his gf, and throughout the whole session, she was commenting on the guys, like you mentioned, "oh he's hot" or "he's got a good face" etc. However, when the guy stated "that girl has been working out", his gf said, I kid you not: "why are you looking at the girls? Only I am allowed to look, to compare." WTF

You know what? I really hate this about women. Here's why: they will honestly sit there and list off guys they're talking to or that are interested in them casually like they're listing off different types of bagels that they like. Every single time a girl has done this it immediately turns me off and I get annoyed. Like they really don't see the issue with it, almost see it as something they're happy to share or wanting to share. They notice my annoyance and ask what's wrong and I tell them: "I dont want to sit here and listen to you talk about other guys". They immediately feel dejected or get defensive or say shit like "im comfortable with you or I want to be able to talk to you about all the other guys". Its insanity.

They don't see that I get jealous and it pisses me off too? But that's okay right? What the fuck? Because whenever you mention another girls name around a girl you're talking to see how quickly her head snaps and her interest in you either dissipates and they immediately throw everything away or they dial it to 11 with passive rage and jealousy. Start throwing periods around in sentences and ignoring your messages. And at times when they used to be actively messaging you quickly and happily, now the responses are taking days, up to a week... and that quickly sprouts into talking to other guys during those blank phases.

I'm done with the double standard horse shit. Leave me alone. If I could find just one girl that could show me her phone right then and there with nothing recently deleted, no list of guys calling or texting or secretly messaging in Facebook or whatever fucking social media app I'd be so stoked. A genuine mutual connection... but that shit doesn't exist. It's easier to see that when you go your own way because it gives you a sense of indifference to their charms and bullshit. Once you see past the allure of the makeup and tight leggings and see them for the wretched insecure fucked up insane beings they are, the easier it is to look inwards from outside the box... look at everything as a whole and avoid them.

Not because you hate them, but because you hate how they act. The lies, deceit, bullshit, nagging, double standard hypocrisy. And when you try and talk to them about it or say "well I deserve this too, you can initiate too" it's shutdown mode or arguments or eventual cheating. Forget it. Not worth it.

I regularly watch tv shows with 2 girls and I comment on hot girls all the time whilst they barely comment on hot guys. They're friends with benefits who want to be girlfriends but I don't really have this problem in this meme. I'm arguably the girl in this instance.

But the funny thing is that women tend to focus on a guy. Men can think lots of women are hot but still want the girl they're with. The girl by contrast will want to be with that guy she sees on tv
