Small difference in the way women slut shame. Usually its not reffered to the ammount of partners a woman has had, but to the quality of those partners. So if a girl had a thousand different men but they were are all men the other women also want to fuck shie is not a slut but simply a powerfull women. If however they fuck alot of men deemend not worthy according to their standards then she is a slut, because she is giving sex to men who do not deserve it (those men only deserve sex by providing so if you sleep with alot of them you take their providing need away for other women). Men slut shame either cause they dont like to date women who have a higher body count, or because they have more traditionalist ideas about how women should behave and even sleeping before marriage for example makes them a slut.

In my mind slut shaming is a bad thing, why should you care about how many men a girl has fucked or how she is dressed. However I do not find it slut shaming to not wanting to date a girl because she fucked alot of men, even though this number could still be quiet low. In short men have and ought to be free to have dating standard just like women, evne if those dating standard might be a bit strict or abitrairy (not saying number count is strict or abitrairy). Even simply something like I dont like girls with short hair is vaild.
