In an era in which marriage and monogamy are gone, I fail to understand why betas continue to contribute to society without getting any rewards. Why are betas continuing to go into STEM and helping the world, when they are rewarded by being called a "nerd" and losing out to Chads who work as cashiers? It makes no sense.

If you want high pay, you can easily become a real estate agent, a car salesman, or some other sales position which requires no education. This will also help you become more social and more respected by women. You will make more money than people who spend years studying STEM subjects and working hard. There are exceptions, for example, if you are a lawyer or doctor, that will automatically give you social status in women's eyes. But if you are an engineer, you will get paid less than uneducated buffoons while also being disrespected and called nerd by women. I wonder how these professions still exist during this era.
