My dad is begging me not to as to "not throw gasoline on the fire" but she has falsely accused me of felonies, cheated on me and forced me out of my home. I think it's time I deploy something from the arsenal. What do you guys think? I could take it to civil court and have her rich mom settle out

First of all, your dad is an idiot. Don't take legal advice from him.

Second of all, talk to an actual lawyer and take it to court.

This is why the stats on women beating men aren't higher, because for reasons like this men don't report it. They get told by other stupid people not to report it for [insert retarded reason here].

I made a mistake once in my life when i didn't press charges on a woman who grabbed me by the throat and threatened to kill me. I will never make that mistake again and I have regretted not pressing charges ever since. Someone advised me at the time that I should not press charges and "let it all go so it goes away quicker...". The woman who assaulted me, did not let this go. She actually later made accusations against me.

Then I was in the unfortunate position of defending myself, and the courts asked me for evidence of previous domestic violence offenses. My inane previous decision to not press charges bit me in the ass when the courts asked "If it was serious, why didn't you press charges?".

Proceed to press charges immediately and see a lawyer. Don't be an idiot like I was.

A non-consensual kiss can be a sexual assault in the UK, but not necessarily in other countries. If you don't press charges she has already demonstrated her willingness to falsely accuse you. What if she follows through? By going ahead with charges, it will reduce her credibility. Put yourself first. Protect yourself by getting justice and preventing future false accusations. Don't give in to gynocentrism by giving her leway because she's a woman. Women need to be held to an equal level of responsibility.

If you’re facing legal percussions I definitely would lawyer up. Short of that, I recognize the violation but you’re risking a lot including having your entire personal life dragged through the mud. Court is expensive and soul sucking. Better to write your friends off completely.

The problem is the police are not likely to do anything let alone the DA to press charges. In the case of civil court you might get a token $1 reward for "pain and suffering" maybe if you are lucky but its not worth the court cost.

The better road is to just get a restraining order, based on what you said that should be easy. If she violates that, then you have something of weight to press charges on.
