Can you describe The Rational Male and overall Red Pill theory in one sentence? How would you summarize?

I'm giving The Rational Male book as gifts to two people.

One family member is in his late thirties focuses on his own interests and career. He gets plenty of opportunities with women but rejects the feminist BS girls throw at him. He's shifting since family, friends are relentless about "settling down" and "finding a nice girl". This isn't what he wants to do right now. Tried to explain his situation, "Is great!" and he's more attractive since he does what he wants.

Friend is turning 40 soon and he's freaking out because most of his close friends are married, having kids, or have kids. He's a great guy and friend. He has a lot going for him but subscribes to the usual feminist sympathizer and Blue Pill mentality. Reassured him that his SMV is growing while girls decreases with age.

I'm at a lost to describe The Rational Male and Red Pill theory though. I've tried in the past and we get lost in an endless "Yes, but..." Blue Pill talks.

Since the printed version of the Rationale Male book's typeface is hella small and it's a long book... not entirely sure they will read it. How do best describe the book? What is a good summary to all of this? I want them to read it and absorb it.

Also I'll likely give both of them No Mr. Nice Guy. Since that is a good book too. While the Rational Male book is good it isn't going to to have the complete answer for everyone.

Yes, I've read the sidebar, read reviews of the book, the synopsis, etc. I'm looking for a nice explanation that doesn't include big words or Red Pill terms.
