Damn this hits home. I workout a lot and see prime Georges St. Pierre as the best example of an athletic, functional and ascetically pleasing physique. So I do workouts to look and function like that. GSP has insane genetics so I may never look like that or function to his ability but I will try my best.

Most women see someone with a good body and think the expectation is unrealistic and unachievable, thus we have the fat acceptance movement.
