What kind of setup do you have mate? Im buying a large suv soon. Going to build a raised platform in the back i can sleep on top and store stuff on the bottom. Then im going up and down the Australian east coast for a couple months.

I've done car camping and backpacking and both are fun. The view is grander in backpacking but you get to eat better with car camping.
