I'll be sober for 1 year on Nov 7. I calculated that I spent no less than $20 a day on cigs and booze (and other things) that's $7300 a year alone (the real amount is probably over $10k LOL. On Nov.7th im going to buy this special edition raptor 700 as a gift to myself for quitting it all. MGTOW

I quit drinking a long time ago. Most of the men coming into AA are going through divorces, spent years arguing and fighting with harpies and drank to cope (sedative). Then what they were using to cope (alcohol) become the focus of the harpies argument and an excuse to divorce rape. After these men were sober for a while they came to the conclusion they would have never hooked up with this woman sober. They were drinking when they met her, kept drinking to stay with her and would drink again going home to her. Get rid of her and the alcohol problem is solved.

My wife left me three days ago. Haven’t had the urge to drink or pick up the bong since.... not even a slight inclination. Between that and her high maintenance ass I’ve saved about $100-$200 in 3 days depending on if we ate out or in.

I was a wreak for a bit but when she came over and we talked last night I could see the love had left awhile ago. That she was literally just non maliciously monkey branching and it was just her biology and personality making her suddenly resent and despise what she once loved for no reason.

I finally was able to sleep last night after that meeting and just remembered AWALT. I was taking too much personal responsibility for something out of my control and that’s why I was so fucking sad and destroyed.

Her explanation for how she had started to feel the past three years could be summed up “AWALT, and I am too. You’re a good person and I don’t hate you at all but I’ve grown apart from you.”

Anyways, back to the important part..... I’m going to save a LOT of money since she’s not pursuing alimony. Thank god she’s just a woman and not a piece of shit.

Quitting cigs tomorrow myself. I probably spent at least $3k-4k over the last 5+ years of smoking. I'm ending that shit.

Same routine happened to me. Was in really toxic relationship with a single mom. I had to drink beer everyday to try and block out that mistake. I still drink beer regularly but I exercise daily and eat well. But congrats bro.
