During a training course for Project Management, I once got placed on a team of 3 women who couldn't have ordered a pizza in under 45 minutes. All they did was disagree with each other and go on and on and on

About 75% women at my place. I rather enjoy seeing all those unmarried 'career' chicks in their 30s, hitting the wall, complain about not being able to find a man, looking like whales and dreaming about having 6 children.

It makes my day when I see them volunteer for extra assignments, working overtime just to pay bills/debts, while I double my income in stock market on my cellphone at work laid back doing minimal work, but doing it so well I am consistently being pushed to accept a promotion.

My problems arent about false allegations, but the constant bitching and bickering. Seriously, if there is no milk in the fridge, two hour meeting with the whole team . God help if there is an actual problem or the teamschedule needs to be changed, it is so fucking hard not to just stand up and leave the room. Nothing can be decided by one person, everything needs to be discussed in the whole fucking team.

I am here to work child, that means I get payed to solve problems, not to create new ones. Not a concept they are familiar with.

Addendum: About that milk example, most of the times there are at least three different open milk jugs. Almond milk, coconut milk, lactose free milk... The list goes on. I almost puked once because I accidently drank almond milk, wasnt expecting that shit. They even put unopened heat treated milk in there, for whatever reason. It just makes the coffee cold ffs.

When I was 10 I wanted to join band in the 6th grade, and I picked the flute. I had no idea only girls picked the flute and was surprised when I was the only boy there on day one.

Everything was great at first.

But that changed.

It wasn't long before it became clear that I was the best musician in the class, and won 1st chair, where I stayed.

The entire class hated my guts, but I was clueless. I just liked playing and learning, but for the girls it was as if I poisoned their dreams.

Decades later I still play flute, among many other instruments.

Indeed. Very little work gets done, but a ton of manufacturing problems and catty shit talking about each other. The biggest targets are the girls who actually do work. It's really annoying.

I do get a "reputation", but who gives a fuck. I'm here to do a job not make friends.

I worked in offices for 15 years with mostly women...and with many female clients....it was bearable and I was lucky....but most times it was simply draining. Also in school our groups would mostly be 7 women for each of the 6 guys in the class lol

For the last few years, I've been groomed to take over a job from one of our Public relations staff.

Unfortunately in that time I've also realized the PR section is entirely staffed with women. As a result it is an incredibly toxic environment and one where nothing really ever gets done - or at least done well - and as a result they've had multiple mass attritions over time.

Every time I've had to deal with this group has been an absolute nightmare. We are required under company rules to go through them whenever we want to publish something or otherwise interact with the public or media. Every experience has resulted in just a tangle of bumble fuckery, screaming women having meltdowns, and end products that look and read as if they've been designed by someone with a critical head injury.

Now the time has come where our local rep is moving on and all eyes were on me to slide into her spot.

My answer: Hell No. I'd sooner jump naked into a tank of Piranhas.

The kicker: now the most toxic person on our whole staff (also a woman, who has laid countless false accusations against a bunch of our other people, including me) is jonesing for the role.

Let her have it, she will fit right in, and moreover, contribute to our organization looking even more like shit from the public perspective.

The writing is already on the wall for this outfit and I plan on leaving within the next year.

I don't live in the West, so yeah, no METOO issues with me, but i actually like working with women. on the days i'm not feeling that motivated and just off my game and don't want to work and am half assing it.......there is literally never a repercussion because all the women i work with are way too busy surfing facebook to care about anything else.

They pretty much have given up trying to gossip with me, set me up with their friends or give me unsolicited advice.

When they ask me what I do in my free time I say "golf" and they don't know what to say.

I did like twenty years ago. It was bad enough then, I can only imagine how impossible it is now. The worst was when one would get engaged and all you'd hear about for months was jabbering about wedding plans. My solution was to become an independent contractor, so I could at least move elsewhere if it got too bad.

My whole dept. Has been reprimanded multiple times because one woman cannot do her job properly, and when we try to explain it to her, she cries and says were talking down to her and patronizing her. She's so fucking worthless it's insane. Oh, and she has 3 kids.... go figure.... future serial killers in the making, I feel so bad for them....

I worked in strip clubs for a decade or so. Surprisingly, they were among the most honest, up-front, trustworthy and least likely to make shit up (aside from their names and stage personas). They were used to standing up for themselves, knew the realities of the world and depended on bimodal gender structures to make money.

I worked, on the other hand, in mental health for about six months, all women save for me, the fat guy and creepy guy. Every. Fucking. Day. Was a new issue for the few male staff there. I was accused of being sexist, set up and all that (manager said "I'm being a bitch today," showed me the reports and I said "Damn, yeah you are" and laughed, was then written up for calling her a bitch unprovoked). Fat guy was let go for being a minute late to an overnight shift (all patients were sleeping). Creepy guy is still there.

I used to work in the health care industry. I used to hear "You are such a damn man" like it was a bad thing. One woman got married and her husband (king cuck) took her last name. They'd tease me about my rough looking hands, I'd tell them this is what a man's hands look like. My hands should not look like yours. Some would bring their Chad's on out of state conferences etc. It was annoying at times but mostly comedy for me. They'd laugh about how the controlled their (blue pill) men etc.

edit: right out of college I worked in an office with a large number of young women around my age, recent college grads and up. Groups of us would go out to happy hour after work, often meeting other people from other companies, and many of us would pair off. It was decades ago, no worries about false allegations or consent withdrawal after the act.

I wouldn't do that today.

I got a new job last year, in an area that is all men on my team, management and my customers; I've only encountered three women (one for our company, two from customer companies) in the last 6-8 months.

The area I'm in does not attract women or younger workers (male or female or other) out of college since it's not considered interesting, futuristic, sexy, glamorous or whatever.

Our own marketing data confirms that 80% of customers use the products I cover or similar from our competitors, and that share isn't expected to change significantly in the foreseeable future (3-5 years); the relative market share will remain about the same (80%) overall, but it's not static, customers are expanding, buying more of our products, so it's growing steadily larger, as is the new futuristic product set (20% of the market), i.e., the relative market share 80/20 isn't going to change for awhile.

It's quite funny, previous job my boss was female, as was the CIO. And honestly, both were hard working, intelligent people. No issues at all.

I'm a low status dude, so generally avoid trouble in work. But wahmen can be utterly incompetent, social climbing retards, sometimes. Luckily for me, I'm of reasonable appearance, so don't get hit with the creep tag, and can low level flirt without bother. But it's still a minefield. Women bully dudes like me, if we're not careful.
