Hormonal disorders might be a thing, but the overwhelming majority of young, fat women are just suffering from a lack of self-restraint and discipline.
Hell, I am a mid-40s guy, never cared too much about my weight, I really like hearty food. And since I am a nurse who quite often does not find the time to eat when at work, I often come home hungry like a wolf and surely eat too much quite often.
But then again, when I get over a certain weight, I feel less healthy and performance-capable, more sluggish and the belly gets in the way. So what do I do then? I eat less for a while. Give fat food a miss for a while. And I have lost 2 to 4 kg in no time. And over the course of the last 3 months, I have lost 10 kg and it was not that hard.

Uhm, no.
I agree that the food industry is poisoning us and making us all addicts, with cheap refined sugar; for instance. But for fucks sake, you can't blame everything on them. If you never move and shove food into your piehole all day, while washing it down with coke, then it is entirely your fault when you are fat.
You know, it is possible to eat more healthy and to cook yourself, quite often this is even a lot cheaper than buying pre-cooked "convenience products". And even the most stupid person can realise that all those chocolate bars are not healthy.
I am suffering from depression and over the last five years I was working on a cancer ward - where I had nightshifts of hell as the only nurse responsible for up to 30 patients, all in need of intense medical care, often pre-mortal and with people with brain tumours going amok. All too often I did not even find the time to drink something.
So I know a thing or two about psychological stress and yet I am not nearly as blob-like as that fat bitch on those pictures, who happens to be 15 years younger than I am and surely has the money to even pay something to make healthy food for her.

Depends. Usually I use vegetable oil, but sometimes it has to be butter, because of that taste. It really is a question of measure and balance.
At least for me, food is or should be more than just nourishment, a good meal is also good for the soul and in order to be a good meal, it must taste well. So if you sin every now and then, no big deal, as long as you can balance it and don't engage in gluttony.

I think it has to do with the introduction of vegetable oils, personally.
I have been fat and thin. The only time I found myself unable to lose weight was when I was using vegetable oils. I switched to natural fats like butter, etc. and the weight comes off. Granted, this means I have to have enough self control not to eat "delicious" junk food/most restaurant fried food (or even salad dressing if it's not made with olive oil, etc.) but to the fair, after having read the history of these vegetable oils, the industry had to grease a lot of palms to get them accepted as safe.
Animal fat,butter,and virgin coconut oil is the best.

I've tried to live vegetarian, which was more of an experiment than conviction, because my bloods fats were not always exactly balanced, even when I was young and scrawny. Turned out that my blood fats went through the roof - apparently, as I had to learn, the biochemistry of a human body needs at least some animal fats to get the whole chain of reactions needed to translate those fats going. My blood fats normalized when I went back to eating meat, I just don't eat stuff like cheap sausages etc anymore and of course I don't need to eat meat everyday.
And yes, a lot of vegetable oils don't seem to be exactly healthy, another lie from the food industry and bribed politicians. Also, especially palm fat is the reason whole areas of rainforest are chopped down in order to make place for oil palm plantages. Another thing a lot of "eco-warriors" refuse to see.

Which is, by the way, just another reason why I don't "need" a woman. A lot of women act as if I'd be utterly lost without a woman, but why would I? I cook better than most women I know, I can keep my place clean myself, I wash; iron and even sew my own clothes...
Assuming that those things are still deemed a "female specialtiy", than I am a lot more female than a lot of modern women will ever be. Oh... does that mean I've just invented gender # 2.375?

This is actually a really good point. Grown adults shouldn't "need" another grown adult to function. Also, given the wastefulness of the fashion and retail industry and also donation centers like goodwill, I think it's wonderful that you repair your clothes instead of tossing them. All kids should be taught basic life skills like cooking, sewing, changing a flat tire, etc.

I think maybe the food and hospitality industry needs to introduce a new menu. I was wondering since my wife has to order kids meal most of the time we eat out, maybe there should be another size for non males. Especially since the daily caloric intake values is lower for females (biological reasons), and it is ridiculous to expect females to order from kids menu (limited choices anyway). Smaller portions

Exactly. Hormonal disorders, terrible diets, stress of modern work-slave life causing them to prematurely age to complete ugliness and then turn into man-hating feminists. The "male gaze" can literally be broken down to "traits men are attracted to". Male gaze is a thing because these women know they are no longer attractive to men and seek to shame men for having any standards so that they can be attractive too, no matter how awful their actual physical traits. I have seen men with twig wrists put on 30kgs of muscle. Same with woman, except they mostly put on fat. It's easier to put on fat than build muscle, so it's possible.
