That's a great point we are the support group , in a world that believes women are in the right by default and nay abuse a man has was deserved on some level .

We are the ones here to say " No man that was a shitty situation , she was a shitty person, We gotta be honest you made some pretty shitty decisions but we hope you're in a better place now"

It is SO IMPORTANT to vent, to experience the anger, rage, hurt and... peace.

There's really no place where such feelings are even allowed. There is an irony, the suppression of pain is what causes people to freak out. It will be expressed, in some way, shape, form. It's unbearable, and any of us would do whatever it takes to be rid of it.

It is absolutely impossible to let go of any resentments you may have while you are angry with the one you resent. We need to let go of it if we want peace. It's that simple. But it isn't easy!

We could do a lot worse than vent here.

There is, of course, more to it than this.

What else do you suggest? I've often thought that men's groups are good here in the UK we have a men's shed association were men get together to mentor each other whether it be woodworking metalwork mechanics etc. its a good laugh and it beats sitting around boozing or getting up to mischief so what other groups are there or what else do you suggest?

I see mgtow as a state of mind and yeah a support group that helps men reflect on their experiences.

Everyone is at a different place in their journey of awareness.

I enjoy reading the posts people have because - when I went through my ordeal I felt alone and reading posts here (and narcabuse / relationships)

It helps me feel not as alone and I can see other men out there feeling and experiencing the same.

Especially with such a strong feminist/misandry society these days and women being so fickle with hypergamy.

I feel being able to talk and vent out these thoughts and feelings can be helpful to men.

Before fiding a cure you need to understand how the desease works in your system and also how it spreads. In English, what I'm saying is that you have to understand how women manipulate/trick you to make things she wants you to and then throw you in the trash and move to the next victim.

When you do that, then you develop a cure and get cured. But you keep working to cure others. (of course the ones who want to get cured).

Everything a women thinks is theoretical, it is based on emotions and whatever end game they are playing. Men come from a much more fact based perspective. In our beta mentality we want to believe what they say. society says etc... It allows us to pursue them without feeling like an idiot.

I've been saying this and making the AA analogy for a while. Look at my post history and you'll find I said nearly the exact same thing 2 days ago. I'll quote myself below:

I like to compare coming to this subreddit as no different than alcoholics going to AA meetings for the camaraderie and support. Reading here daily reinforces positive male attributes that feminism labels as 'toxic' and help keep us from heading back to the plantation.

In my posting history I've stated that the only legitimate way to have a male only space nowadays and keep all women out is to label it as a masculine presenting transgendered lesbian support group. The only downside is that labeling it as such also bars homosexual men and I know we have quite a few of them here in MGTOW.
