Unfortunately, the way "normal" T levels were set was to do a 95% confidence interval (I read the paper they all cite, I'm a STEM guy that used to do a ton of statistics, and this is just a stupid approach, do these fuckers know that "worshiping" 0.05 p-values ("significant") and 95% CIs is derided even when it makes more sense?). So, "normal" is all the way from soy boy (bottom 2.5%) to the genetic elite (top 2.5%). Why do so many statistics give ranges based upon 95% inclusion? It's just an arbitrary convention. Some stats guy stroked his beard one day and said "1 in 20!" in some unrelated field like studying stocks or something. That's literally what they are basing health recommendations upon. Someone that understands this can dial the numbers around mentally, but that is lost here.

Because steroids are so tightly controlled, most doctors are too chicken shit scared of the DEA to prescribe unless you fall below that very low level. Tons of men walking around with way below average T that a doctor won't help feel and look better. You basically need to doctor shop, have a lot of money, or get it illegally and probably fuck yourself up.

I had met some dude at a gym who I guess really liked me, gave me a pack of syringes and a few vials of testosterone. I think he was hitting on me but just disappeared one day. I've been putting a few mg into my butt fat every month.. it's great. I feel motivated, high energy, sleep better, less grey hair, brighter skin. All plusses all around, no negatives.

Dude had told me one time he got pulled over and the cops found needles and the T. The cop just took it for himself and let him go, lol!

I was kind of scared the first time doing it,, I didn't want to turn into "roid rage" or whatever bullshit the media told me would happen, but it's all positive. Only downside is your body produces slightly less when you supplement it (like anything), so if I were to quit if I just stopped "cold turkey" I would have a dip in T levels, so if I were to quit I'd have to taper down and just use less and less until 0 and my body is back to normal. But since I know this there's absolutely no risk. Also it's good to take zinc too, as your body uses that to regulate T production and distribution.

I highly recommend it to any man who is willing to try to source it.

I did a T-test a few weeks ago. Result: high testosterone (danger zone). Been doing multiple sports for a few years now, from lifting, to calisthenics and kickboxing. Also prefer a HIT-training instead of all these long breaks between the sets.

So guys with low T: increase your workout, decrease the duration of your breaks between the sets, eat allot of eggs + spinach and find a typical exercise that makes you competitive.

And last thing: play God of War. By playing that game my T is raised by 45%.

I recommend a testosterone booster for anyone over 30. I started taking them last month at 31, and about an hour later. Noticed increased horniness, confidence, less anxiety. And better overall mood and feeling in control.

Been there done that. Tried increasing my testosterone naturally over a few years. (levels were always slightly below 300).

Tried every supplement (from Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D over Iodine, Boron and every herb, vitamin, mineral that somehow is linked to testosterone) The thing is - it only helps if you have a deficiency.

Tried to lose weight (was a huge struggle) and achieved 12% bodyfat. But this was actually the time i felt the worst (calorie deficit had my T levels at 240).

The only thing with an immediate effect was sleeping for me. Definitely could tell a difference between days with good sleep and with bad. The thing is - you can only optimize sleep to a certain degree. I was sleeping 10 to 11 hours and still felt exhausted and tired the whole day.

Finally i found a knowledgable doc. Together with him i figured out that i am secondary hypogonad, meaning my brain doesn't send enough signaling hormones to my testis (probably because quite some concussions as a teen).

Long story short - started TRT, fatigue is greatly improved, concentration and physical performance is improved, anxiety is literally gone. Sex drive bever changed that mich, but that was one of the few things which were actually ok before.

Thanks for the heads up. Everything makes more sense when taking into account a low testosterone count. I will definitely be getting my T checked soon.

Mine went from 200 to 745 using Chlomiphen e. It's a women's fertility drug used off label by my urologist. My estrodial,levels also went up so I now,use Anastrozol to control it. Worked wonders for,me, YMMV

I'm 32. Should I get tested even though I feel fine? I sleep great, have morning wood nearly all the time, have a semi-physical job (walking around a property and going up and down stairs), healthy BMI, clean my living area, horny/fap at least 4 days of the week, I don't think I've cried in like.....15 years.
