Its my first post . I am mgtow . Im 60 and have been watching this phenomenon for quite a while . I was divorced-raped before divorce-rape was even a word . Against the odds and the courts and the biased education system I stayed in my kids life . I also recovered economically and never put myself in the position to be ripped off by marriage or a women again . I concentrated on building some wealth and now have enough fuck you money to do what I want . I own buildings , residential real estate in some good markets like San Francisco where it is a landlords market , very competitive for tenants . I WILL NOT RENT TO WOMEN . Under any circumstances . It would put me in harms way to do so . I do not want to be alone in an apartment with them when I show it and I do not want some bogus charge if they decide to make a false accusation to obtain an economic advantage . If the inquiry is from a women I will not answer it . Everyone of my master tenants is a male and it is so much more straightforward and honest to deal with men . It looks like this whole #metoo thing has not been answered by men but believe me I am not the only one making adjustments to my business model . I have talked to other men in the same position as myself and it is happening . Women have done this to themselves .
