I've never been to a gym with women who work out in such "casual" clothing, though honestly I find the standard small-ish shirt and tight leggings already "casual" enough.. Would drop the gym that allows anyone to work out half naked or with a thong on, that's not a gym for body development, it's a shitshow

I go to the gym everyday. large dude here. 6'3, 215, 8 percent body fat. I just focus on my routine and my lifting. I see them looking but do I care ? fuck no. I'm there for ME not them. It's just despicable how much they look at these other guys that are hardcore doing their workouts too while they are doing their workouts half assed. With that look kind of begging them to come over to talk to them because they are too afraid to go up to the guy or something lol.

But yes it's true with the "please talk to me!!" pic. I see it daily at the gym with a lot of the in shape, ripped, bigger guys. Just sharing my experience.

When I go to the gym it's not before 9pm usually. By then all the thots have returned to their natural habitat (inside a beta bux house, preppin' for cheating at clubs and bars) and only the true motivated warriors remain.

Most women don't go to the gym to work out, let's be real here guys.

They'll either be the attention whoring gym thot with super tight clothes who's doing a routine that makes zero sense yet happens to emphasize her assets and doesn't even sweat when she's done. Often come in pairs (or with a guy or two) and spend more time chatting and taking up space and oxygen than actually working out.

The fat girl who thinks she's taking this seriously, doing a bit of cardio and a bit of machine work which she believes will have some kind of result on her physique. Also often come in pairs but they act as if they're actually putting in work (they don't). At least they sweat a bit.

The bored af woman who's usually middle aged+ and will literally be reading a magazine while "working out" during cardio, or alternatively on the machines where she trains legs only, at super slow tempo and with as little weight as possible.

And ALL of them will be "dressed for the occasion" with overpriced running shoes, tights or brand sports pants, and overpriced tops from the Nike/Adidas sport section (has to be the brand, always). Some of them even wear gloves because doing a 15-20kg lat pull is too hard on your hands as we all know of course.

I grew up in a time when every chick from 15 to 55 was putting on a leotard to dance her ass off in high-impact aerobics. So don't think I don't know about the lure of the gym-thot; none were hotter, nor dressed better, nor wore more makeup, than those gym thots of my youth.

They were also a whole lot happier in my estimation. They did their thing, it was a feminine thing, and it was fun for them in a way that lifting or using machines just isn't. Women like to dance and be free that way. They worked on coordination and timing. They did it to energetic music. It stressed creativity and enthusiasm. And it was practical too; they work on a grapevine in the aerobics studio and they could apply it to the club that night.

But perhaps the most important difference is that they seemed a whole lot less bothered by everything, possibly because their exercise required concentration to get the timing right. They couldn't ruminate about what this or that person was thinking. And they had their own space, away from the weights, to where they wouldn't stumble around with a group of strangers. You might see people peaking in from time to time, but that didn't seem to matter so much to them, since no one chick was the only one doing it.

By the time I actually came of age, they all turned in their neon-pink thongs for baggy hoddies and sweatpants to go spin on bikes or hit the "chickbells" (the little dumbbells), or doing pilates in the weightroom alongside the men, with little to no makeup, all alone with themselves or their trainers. This was the mid-90's, and that's when you started getting all the complexes and concerns on their faces. But it was alright, because these chicks kept to themselves and didn't want any attention.

What we see in the gym now is 80's glamour with 90's ennui...a neurotic combination if I ever saw it.

And when they don't get the attention that they seek, they either leave after taking bathroom selfies or start doing back bending, ass in the air stretches as a last resort of garnering attention.

Going to the gym as become quit useless, i love women, check there asses and boobs and how fucking stupid they are. But the gym crowd at my at past 40 is insane.

Its kind of hilarious to see how men work so hard to talk to women at the gym, and go cursing around . It is also funny to see the old hags come talk to you.. LOL

I tried to avoid going there in the rush hour, i guess i mature and was tired of this competition among men, and seeing all those air head cunts around me. I train for so long in gym from 16 to 29 and then 35-41, i am now 46, i have no more time to waste with this crap.

I did pick up some women at the gym younger from 23 to 28. It was fairly easy, but i always went to the gym to train and work hard not to hit on women.

A home gym is best, if you don't lift heavy i have a spare room in my condo with a multi station lots of db and a bb. I also bough a training mat and do P90X type exercises push ups squats etc. I train in my home and avoid all the rest of the shit.

You don't need to hit the gym for 2h each day, change take shower etc, training intense for 20 to 30 minutes is enough. Home take your shower listen to the music you like etc.

Ho and BTW the please talk to me steroid tattooed guy will work but not on all women i used to pick up amazing with a beach body no tats and was not on roids hahahha
