Let go of this instinct. You don't need to prove yourself to your peers.

I explain to them that they have nothing to offer me but pain and irritation.

With all that said, if you really want to go down the rabbit hole of trading quips, I find there are three useful guidelines to help come up with something:

Agree and amplify
Implicate the other person
Make it weird

The third one is a double edged sword, so keep that in mind. It's great for shock factor and getting people to leave you alone, but it can also make you a bit of a pariah.

Examples of 1 and 2:

"I thought you wanted to keep our love affair a secret?"

"Yeah I can only attract cougars for some reason. Btw, your mom says hi"

Throwing in 3:

"Yeah I'm glad you taught me how to hunt for fly larvae. There's nothing quite like the sensation of them wriggling around inside your dick. Where did you learn to do that?"

"Well yeah, after you gave me that rash no girl will come anywhere near me. You really should get your ass checked"

I had someone do this to me exactly once, in college. He'd been trying to hook me up with single mommies and uggos. And not at my request, this was something he took upon himself to do. Why? I dunno. Prolly because I'm a short fat fuck and thought my standards would be lower than a snake's balls. I was too polite back then to confront him and tell him to knock it off, so I just kept shooting them down until he finally confronted me on it. Called me selfish, shallow, narcissist, man-child, said I had unrealistic expectations, that I should see the appeal of "real women." I mean how pathetic can you get?

And the entire day, before this particular exchange, the mantra of "the truth will set you free" had been repeated to me. I saw it in text, read it in memes, heard snippets of it on TV and in convos. So when White Knight McBluepill comes at me with this accusatory shaming, for merely exercising my right to have preferences, that was the little voice in the back of my head that told me to speak.

So I waited for him to rant himself out. Then I looked him in the eyes and said "Yes, you're absolutely right. I'm a terrible person. And I'm happy because of it. I like who I am. The only thing you're wrong about is that your opinion of me matters to me." And then I walked off.

That's how you deal with that shit. You agree with them, state that your choice makes you happy, and that their opinions amount to an exact figure of dick-all to you. Because anything from then on out is blunted. They're forced to result to ad-hominems or worse because you make it clear they didn't win their little "debate", you simply chose not to play. You rob them of their "victory".

Try dating guys. The biological similarities make for better relationships. (Im 15) Ive had a few girlfriends, but relationships only last a month or so. I have a boyfriend right now, who I have been with for 5 months. We love each other more than anything. He is in jail right now, because he violated his probation, but he is doing well, and I can feel his love when I get messages from his aunt. Any time it comes up that I’m not married, not dating, no kids, etc., I just hit them with “Nah. Women are expensive, and I’ve got other shit I wanna do with my life”. That’ll usually shut them up. Thankfully, it doesn’t come up often.
