I think there is a serious case to be made for red pill men to just leave society to the wolves.

The way I see it, modern Western society - everything from the propaganda in the schools and the colleges to the propaganda politicians give to justify tax hikes - has been set up to take as much resources as possible from responsible, productive people - those of us who pay attention in school, work hard, study, get into a good college, fill our brains with useful information, and then go out into the world to provide a good or service for our fellow human beings, and give free resources - the results of our productive labor - to those who jerk around in school, act irresponsibly, never learn a damn thing in their lives, go with their instinct rather than their reason and evidence, and expect everyone else to support their bad behavior.

Now the proverbial crap has hit the fan. The housing bubble and crisis in 2008 was caused by these same irresponsible people, who demand special housing subsidies by the State, who refuse to do the basic arithmetic required to figure out a simple mortgage, who bought homes they couldn't afford, and then wondered why they were evicted when they couldn't pay, who irresponsibly gambled other people's money on securities of which they had no idea of the quality, in short, the politicians and the losers and the feminine propaganda machine that keeps the social hampstering deception going.

We all thought it would get better, that this was just another recession and we would work our way out of it, but rather than getting out of the way and letting the productive people rebuild society, the self-interested and the deluded doubled down on more redistribution, more "help" - in effect, giving the irrational and the lazy undeserved purchasing power over the few honest productive men left.

The State has replaced the husband-provider for women, the State has replaced the father-provider for poor men, and the State takes all of the resources to fulfill these roles by engaging in a massive propaganda machine on places like /r/politics and the media and the churches and the colleges to justify to people the merits of yoking strong, intelligent people to be a slave for the deluded irresponsible masses.

Now if you're one of those productive people, I see no reason to remain being a slave. Like marriage, which traps a man's assets for life in the care of an entitled submissive irresponsible narcissistic creature, producing any wealth beyond the minimum needed to meet your own needs and create a good life for yourself seems foolhardy to me. Do what you have to do to get everything you want out of life, but otherwise, male engagement in Western society seems like a bad deal no matter how you put it.
