No longer can you work like a dog for others. More than 50% of marriages fail now, which means for most married guys they'll leave you anyway and take your hard earned cash and the kids with them.

Not worth the risk. Work for yourself and have relationships and potentially kids on the side if you want kids. Fight for 50/50 custody so as to minimize child support. Of course, always get the paternity test first. Or just don't have a family.

Sad times, but the American dream is dead for most men, it's just not worth it any more, if it ever was. Don't ever spend your time working for someone else and their benefit (in relationships). Work only for yourself.
