Learn to box or do a martial art and hit the gym.

When you have the ability to smash some cunt BUT DON'T and you've started getting fitter the confidence will come. Confidence will unlock the path to self love. If you don't love yourself first no one else will,why should they?

Learn & understand the nature of consciousness. Understand that the 'self' to which you identify and attribute low value isnt the real you. Your 'self' or 'ego' is a fabrication / creation in your mind, nothing more. Your self / ego isnt real.

The best analogy is the screen and the movie. You, your true self, are the screen. Your ego self or identity is a movie. The movie (experience) cannot exist without the screen (your true self). The movie comes and goes and when its finished, whats left ? Just the blank screen, which is your true self.

You are mistaking your ego for yourself. You are putting value on a creation / fabrication (that you have created in your mind) that simply doesnt exist.

You don't matter. Repeat that to yourself every day. It's liberating.

If you want something other than not mattering, that's OK too. But you'll need to put an effort in. "Mattering" won't "just happen" on it's own. Want to feel "worthy"? Sit yourself down, figure out what that actually means to you exactly, and put effort in towards achieving it.

Want money? Obtain a skill other people are willing to pay for.
Want friends? Meet new people and befriend those you find interesting.
- Don't know how to do that? Read up on and train your social skills.
- People don't want to hang out with you? Figure out why, and amend that.

You should sit down with pen and paper and make a list of all the things that you can improve in terms of "looks".

Review your list in a day or two and add, remove or modify whatever you feel it's necessary.

Depending on how precise you were, your list would be around 20-100 things.

Identify the "easy ones" and try to solve those first.

For example, you may think you need to improve your clothes... then make a plan, look for pictures of the kind of clothes you really like. How much do they cost? If you have the money, buy something or save for it. Make sure to begin with the lowest priced items possible. Do not waste.

You may think you need to lose weight... then make a plan. Take 30 minutes of your day and go out for a run or a walk if you can't run. Stop eating 1 thing that you know is bad for you every week.

Some of the things in your list would require a lot of money, some would require a lot of time, some would require nothing but just doing them. Your self esteem and your self respect improve with every accomplishment.

Do more of what is good for you, and less of what is bad. Love yourself.

It's time you learned what a "man" actually is.

A man is a person that works unapologetic for his own goals. It's about internal validation not about external validation. That is it. Who cares about being unlovable? And you become worthy of calling yourself a man if you are on your deathbed and you know, you did everything you could to accomplish your goals.

What are your dreams? What do you want to accomplish in life? Now go get those goals and no matter what anyone says, you keep moving forward.

Life is about being able to take the hits, stand back up and keep moving forward.

accomplishments. Accomplish anything. The more you accomplish, the more internal pride you have. Start small.
Doesn't matter how small....it may be getting up at 5 am for a run for a month....or saving for a better car or building a wardrobe.... ANYTHING...start small, then build upon it. You'll eventually notice that most are unworthy of YOUR love, time and attention.

We are ALL "made in God's Image". God does not make junk. You are made in HIS (note pronoun...-) Image.

Start from there. The fact that you acknowledge a "weird childhood" is a good first step. Take that experience and decide in your heart of hearts that YOU will become The Image which God has made.

Again: YOU are worthy and loveble by your Maker. Thus YOU are worthy of YOUR love. Expound.
