If the company that I work for that have been at least eight women that left due to maternity leave. I have no problem in general with maternity leave because it's important for the baby, but from a business standpoint its total and complete fucking bullshit. There have been at least two women that only took the job so they get the insurance to pay for their baby being born.

Both of these bitches never came back from maternity leave which means you did a couple different things you ruined an opportunity for somebody else to get that position you ruin the productivity of that department for that company you wasted Resources by having that company train you and you wasted insurance money by having somebody else pay for your baby. And these are not illegal aliens these are not people who should not be able to afford having a baby. These are white women mooching off of big companies just like a mooch off the government just like they moved out for men

The vizarts club at my school is run by a feminazi cunt, she's a student. She had her slaves, err I mean "fellow students", erect a fucking GAZEBO in a room too fucking small to house it. INDOORS. She's fucking retarded and she's pretty much bankrupted the club. And imagine my unsurprise when I find out that 1) she slept with a male proffessor and the former club president, a feminazi cunt herself as well, in order to get her position, but 2) she now has access to every students, in the arts department, student information account. She can fuck with us AT WILL. withdraw us from courses and fucking tell everyone our personal info if she feels threatened.

I want the fuck OUT of this fucking shitshow, and the worst part about it is that the title 9 department is defending them.

Maternity leave and female privilege are grinding down corporations and making them horrible places to work. The chaos and disruption women cause when they suddenly decide to go part time or not return at all makes the hiring of women a poor management decision.

I was once hauled before HR for telling a coworker to call a client on the phone rather than email, and I said 'emails are for females' ie be a man and pick up the phone instead of typing a message like women do.

Microagression and misogyny were the two words HR used before I picked up my things and noped out. Women are awful to work with.

Yeah my boss at work sits outside for 30-40 minutes right before I leave, while I handle huge lines in my gas station I work at.

Them coffee rushes are nothing to scoff at. But no, social media is more important than making sure everyone gets out in a timely manner.

This isn't mooching. We all pay insurance for our cars even if we dont get into an accident. And who says you have to work twice as hard? Go take that up with your boss if he is dumping someone else's work on you. Being a parent to a newborn child is an important aspect of life fuckface.

Perhaps your mother should have decided not to have you since you seem to be burden on society. .

I have a woman co-worker who about 5 years ago had an "accident" at the work place (even tho she seems in stable health condition) and "hurt" her foot. She worked at the beginning without "legal" contract. Then the worst happened :D. She got medical condition 50% invalid (unable to work)! Her husband came here after that to whiteknight and put the hole firm in jepardy. She now is like 40-45 years old and has A LOT of benefits regarding her paycheck just so to keep her mouth shut, works 2-3 hours a day (NOT every day) and acts like the boss here cuz if i remember correctly her husband said to the boss: if she has to go - then the lights here go off too.
