For the first 19 years of my life I watched my father slave away, 80+ hours a week, every week, to provide for 4 children and a SAHM. Then get berated by his wife, my mother, for not spending enough time with us. Then using alcohol to make his life bearable (a beer or two a day). Then get berated for drinking. Then get fucking depression. Then get berated for taking meds.

Now they are all surprised and hurt I reject marriage and kids, and instead make a shitload of money and use it to build wealth, work out, and have fun. Apparently I'm a bad son for not "providing" them with grandkids.

No wife or kids and i'm a self employed professional. Go to work when i want and choose my own hours.. no nagging boss or wife. Pure bliss. Only thing having kids is good for is finding your rotting corpse and giving you a burial lol
