My first post to TRP shall comprise of mostly anecdotal facts and theory I've experienced, witnessed and studied, to grow more than I knew possible in 6 short months.
I was born and raised somewhat blue pill, but I have a lot of red pill tendencies. I mainly struggled with holding frame, at least with women. Men always thought I was a rock. Women did too until they got to know me better. It began with one very long term relationship under which I slowly caved and buckled and eventually completely crumpled to the point I didn't think I had any decent qualities, bar this amazing woman who permitted me to be in her life. It wasn't her fault. It was entirely my weakness that was at fault and created this situation.
We'd break up and make up, and whenever I was single I'd have many women with relative ease, and I never really understood why.
I've come to realise this was because I simply didn't care. They weren't the one I wanted. They weren't the unicorn, as it were. So I barely tried. I just held ice cold frame. And it worked wonderfully. At the time this made me feel guilty as my ex had made me believe anything less than treating a woman like a queen is abuse. When in actual fact I simply gave the impression I was above them (and I am by no means any Chad)
As I've become more acquainted with RP theory I've realised all the worthwhile things involve difficulties. Difficult tasks, pain and suffering are as much a part of the human experience as joy, love and ecstasy. Embrace them all. Embrace the grind. Embrace yourself. When I look back at all my truly happy moments in life it's when I feel at ease and untouchable due to recent progress and success. When I reach a complete flow state. I am entirely aware and yet it is all coming to me without a second thought. This comes with time, practice, and good old fashioned grafting. All you have to do is get out of your own way.
Just stop caring and start doing. Once you know you have put in the work and covered your bases you set the precedence for all other aspects of your life. Sports. Careers. Women. Socialising. Whatever. There are great similarities in it all. Each involves it's own power struggles, rules and subtleties. Your only job is to figure out what you want to do, research, practice, plan and execute.
A combination of TRP, Training hard, working hard, and a great deal of inspiration from the one and only Conor Mcgregor has made me realise this, and I have never been more successful in so many aspects of my own life. Believe you can have it all, then go and take it. When you fall (which you will) stand up, wipe yourself off, hold your head high and prepare for the next battle without batting a fucking eyelid
Lessons learned JUST BE CONOR MCGREGOR (but when that fails...) -Hold frame -Work Harder than everyone else -Embrace the pain and suffering life throws at you.....Nothing will teach you more about your own personal strengths and weaknesses
