Just imagine the sheer amount of privilege she must have had, her entire life leading up to that point, that would lead her to assume that the laws of nature do not apply to her. Just imagine it. Every time reality was about to bite her in the ass someone was there to mitigate the effects or bear the cost of them on her behalf. Every tantrum she's thrown, not only as a child but as a full grown adult, excused and blamed on others. The costs of every bad decision she's made... absorbed by the taxpayer, the justice system, or some unlucky guy.

That someone or something that always swoops in to protect her is so ubiquitous and consistent that she has never even realized its existence.

Then on this day, like all the others, she assumes that the consequences of her actions will magically disappear and slapping that horse would not make the horse upset, or that if it did get upset, that some arcane force would keep it from kicking her. She finally did something so stupid that no one could protect her.

I know you are joking, but it is so frustrating when other people confuse this! The theory of gravity as in our human understanding of gravity is a social (manmade) construct, but gravity is not. Same with gender. Your sex is biologically determined, but our societies norms and expectations towards each sex, summed up in the concepts of man and women as opposed to male or female sex, is our own construct. But of course, most people dont like to think in abstract terms and confuse the layers.

men biologically average 13-20 TIMES more testosterone than women. whether it's biologically self-produced or added medically, a human, regardless of sex, when under the influence of increased testosterone, will build greater muscle and bone mass, as well as engage in riskier behavior, resort to physical violence more, develop more brain mass, and even derive more dopamine and serotonin from achievements. this alone is a major driver in the difference of male and female behavior.

this gender studies myth of "gender is a social construct" really needs to die. it's not reality.

Completely agree. We live in a society of fake tough people. I especially notice it when I drive.

I mean, there have always been asshole drivers throughout the years, but the level of sheer "assholery," ball-busting, and "tough person" behavior on the roads, is just absolutely off the charts in recent years.

And it all coincides with these entitled little assholes coming of age. These entitled little fucks are also from the same generation of not getting bullied, not knowing how to fight, never getting spanked by their parents, and basically getting anything they want.

It's as if they literally think there are no consequences for their actions.

I grew up in a generation where if someone did some really disrespectful shit, there was a REAL good chance they were gonna get their head split open.

Now, these little shits just do unbelievably disrespectful shit and think they're gonna cameraphone their way out of it, or that the person isn't gonna do anything.

And I also find that the women are the fucking worst, when it comes to attitude.
