I had an ex who would just BAD MOUTH her other ex's of multiple years. I would question her like if he was so bad why did you date for X years? I dont know why she would bad mouth them but all that did was make me believe that she would do the same about me one day. I remember her getting a text from a ex saying " Happy birthday or Hope you are doing well in life" and she proceeded to insult the shit out of him laughing at what a loser he was for thinking of her.

All that served to do was make me think "This is what they think of you after you are used up. " this was before I was even MGTOW

I have to be vague on this, but I know someone once who received a phone call that went something like this.

"Hey, you don't know me, but my name is blah and I was married to crazybitch for 10 years, we're getting divorced and ... man, I have some questions".

And when they are left alone, even supported to be together, thats when they realize they better split...Never put yourself inbetween them you will just feed more wood to the fire. After all he is just collecting your scraps. You banged her for a while, and now he has her in lesser quality and older. Best thing done here is to go your own way, avoid them as best as you can. If you want to revenge, revenge is done by living well. Do what im telling you. However in the past i did fucked up revenges on my exs and i dont regret them. But to be honest in reality its a waste of time and energy, best just to go your own way.

It's a revelation that even "alphas" resort to pump n dumps (which I define as holding out vague possible commitment as a way to get sex within first 3 dates). I don't see that as impressive or honorable.
