Finally done and I can breath again! She called me asking if I wanna hangout with her (all male coworkers) I said nah. Then said I don’t wanna hangout with you anymore . She said ok. That was easy, I was expecting her to try and come back or get upset but I guess she didn’t care. Either way the chains are off I don’t owe her my time, affection or resources so I feel great! No explanations, no fights, I’d say it ended peacefully. I know she’ll reach out in a few days, but I have her muted and no desire to contact her. I ordered parts for my car ( headlight upgrad :). Went on a mini road trip to a state park just to drive the curvy roads, set up my fishing pole for a fishing trip, started a new workout routine) just keeping busy doing my thing without her on my mind. Feels good man.
