Gonna keep it short and to the point due to concerns about doxxing myself.

My job has male and female coworkers in close quarters during shifts, which often requires moving around one another in close spaces. More than one of the female employees has taken to putting their hands on my lower back or hips whenever they need to pass by me (Note that none of the male employees touch me when they pass by me, ever). The interaction often freezes me as they are generally passing behind me, and the suggestive touching catches me by surprise (I'm hyper-sensitive to it due to being monk mode for years now).

I like my job and I get along with all my bosses and coworkers (mostly all females). However, the suggestive touching makes me uncomfortable and I'd very much prefer it stopped. I feel trapped because I know bringing this issue up at all will quickly turn my work environment into an unbearable prison that I will have to quit.

I feel my choices are: 1) Deal with it and say nothing. 2) Say something and watch my workplace become a nightmare as my private concerns are spread throughout the majority female staff and management who will then begin to treat me like shit. 3) Quit.

Given that nearly all of my bosses are females, it really feels like there's just nothing I can do about this situation.

Just thought I'd share. #MenToo
