Exactly, plus its on the other side of a kitchen island where an empty space would be. Either she has it carefully hooked up to have the camera hanging out over empty space just to make it look like it was a natural impromptu shot (which imo opinion would make it even more insane since it isn't exactly flattering so again what would the motivation be?) or someone else took it (which again goes to the initial question of what is the motivation of pretending to be alone?).
Having thought about it a bit my guess is that the photo is aimed at a specific person or couple of people that might see her public account. Im guessing it's some sort of emotional game, or perhaps even some weird sort of attempted alibi.
