She even said "you either ignored or did not notice non verbal cues". So she admits it's possible he just did not notice her cues. Then why not say something? Also not a fan of Aziz Ansari, liked him in a few shows, for example scrubs and some episodes of parks and rec. However if you read the story of the alleged sexual assault (rape whatever they call it), it seems more like a I wanted to get more for the sex I provided. She was hoping on more glamour and glory for sleeping with the guy she probabbly did not really wanted to sleep with. She probabbly thought she could work her way up with the seemingly sweet inoccent guy, but boy was she wrong when he wanted what she was willing to give down the line right away. Now if she was really uncomfortable and he pushed her, yea he went kind of over the line, however he (and all people for that matter) cannot tell when somebody is or is not comfortable with sex, from vague clues. A simple stop, or I dont want to, or even shorter No, would have made him stop, if not then yes he raped her ofcourse but that did not happen. Now she is complaining afterwords because she is pissed of for 2 reasons, He is done with her and she did not get what she was hoping for, and she had sex with a guy she did not find sexually attractive. So now she uses the power (that almost all females with a internet device have) to destroy him with a story where the anger is just seeping through (I wanted white wine crying, we left so quickly at the restaurant crying angry, there was still wine in the bottle and my glass angry crying, all men are the same angry angry angry and a bit of crying). It is just pathetic, but then again very effective.

The weird thing ofcourse in this day and age is not 'regret is rape' or 'dissappointment is rape' which orcourse are very weird and total random definitions which put all the power with the so called victim. But that alleged rape/sexual assault/sexual intimidation are not taken as if they actually happend and proven in a court of law. So if you allegedly sexually assaulted someone, you are already fucked, even if you get proven not guilty in a court of law, since your reputation is fucked, you probabbly lose your job, and might get threatend ect ect. I can understand that you might get a leave of abscence from work ect with an investigation pending, but that is mostly not even the case. They are just allegations (no charges pressed) and they are enough to destroy someone (lets be honest some man). Why then even bother with a court of law? Why not say #hemurdermebuticanbacktolive, no possible way to prove that in court, but aslong as idiots take it seriously then you will suffer at the wrath of a society which is more intressted in juicy stories that then actual facts of reality.

So to sum up: He probabbly did not rape her, she is probabbly pissed and decided to get attention this way because she did not get it via Ansari.

Prediction: Her name is now not revealed, but watch in a couple days/weeks when her story hits the peak she will go on a talk show or interview (which all the big channels will be jumping for) to tell her terrible story. So she will get the fame and attention she was first looking for. I only hope Ansari gets a fair chance to defend himself, but knowing better he probabbly will not.
