Not really. This place is full of trolls too. You still need to be careful what you say here lest they target you. I had one pathetic louse start going through my history and taking screenshots of my comments to post and try to shame me. Because he was convinced I was a "Forced Loner". I'm assuming that's an alternative name for foreveralone, and he wanted to try to shame me. Because if you complain about women at all, some guys think you aren't real MGTOW. Real MGTOW is only if you have six pack abs and have to deny women a pussy pass every day.

Mgtow is the smartest way for a man to live his life in 2017. Maybe ever. There was probably a point where it made sense to get married. Maybe it helped to have a women living with you where she took care of things with kids and possibly worked as well. Maybe she was faithful and had sex with you when you wanted.

In 2017 though for sure you don't get any benefits for getting married. You may even be smart to not go out and get laid now days. With false rape accusations and the law backing women up no matter what happens, men are smarter for going their own way.

Financially, health wise, mentally and probably physically it is best for men to go their own way. Focus on you and your life. Women are not worth the time and effort.

It's hard to have conflict and resentment when the whole point of this place is men that are going their OWN way. I've gained clarity in moments of need when I've posted here, every now and then just need to hear it how it is, thanks r/MGTOW!

Please don't try to turn this into a movement like TRP. MGTOW is about autonomous individuals not groupthink. If you depend on a group or pretty much anyone but yourself and if you stand for a clear set of ideas that you all agree on, it makes you weaker not stronger, IMO, and a much easier target for the opposition. Every man is an island and if he just wants to be left alone (to pursue whatever his own natural interests are), they have no counter strategy - that is real power IMO.

i feel it too. been hooked on this shit since i joined, love all the positive energy towards "truth" and "honesty" about what the realities of the world are. esp. men who have been betrayed and still share and talk about their negative past.

There's more good advice on here than most other sub-reddits for sure.

But there is defiantly a few straight up haters and bitter people that bring a toxic attitude. IMO, you don't have to be bitter and toxic to be mgtow. It's more about accepting the fact that the cards are stacked against males in most western societies, and males need to take steps and educate themselves to deal with it to have a better life experience.

Hating on women isn't necessarily part of that. It's more about keeping your head when your balls are screaming GO!
