I've been a lurker for quite a while but finally decided to share one of my experiences with you guys.

I work in the medical field and for privacy purposes I'll omit dates, names and that sort of details. Not long ago one of my coworkers got assigned to a patient who was just admitted because a disease that suddenly got worse (apparently she was stable for quite a while), as a routine blood tests were drawn and they were positive for HIV. The bitch was married and had children but requested that no information was to be shared with anyone. Now as you may know beta-cuck hubby was most likely infected (guy was young) but what impacted me the most was that she wouldn't allow her children being tested even when was educated of the future complications HIV can be mother-child transmitted. At the end of the conversation my coworker remembered a few similar cases she had where some other mothers had HIV and decided to keep the secret from hubby and many more where the bitches had an STI but decided that hubby wasn't worthy of the treatment because Chad would be upset. We are supposed to maintain confidentiality so I kept my mouth shut as always. But damn its hard when you see a person being sentenced by your significant other. I saw bitch and she looked like shit, but even then she would kiss hubby and hug the kiss that were caring for her, the same family that she likely sentenced to death.
