My school has a bit of a "problem" with sexual assault. I've been forced to take sexual assault courses 3 times in the last year. Have I actually done anything? Nope. Haven't even been to a party, but I think i keep having to take it because i am male, though they won't ever admit that.

I actually asked this question to the people that run our program. I said that if a male and a female are both intoxicated, then both are impaired and neither is capable of making a clear and conscience decision regarding having sex. If that is so, then why are men held accountable, why isn't it considered mutual rape, and why isn't the impairment of the men taken into consideration?

Their response was to completely ignore my question. No shit, they just didn't respond.
