Apologies in advance for venting. I believe I am an MGTOW for the most part, but last night I went to a party and I met a woman with old fashioned views, and when I drunkenly brought up feminism and the bullshit men have to go through to just date a half decent woman she was completely on board with all I had to say. She was also tall, beautiful, very pleasant, and was a talented piano player (which I deeply respect). It got to the point where I started feeling things I haven't felt in years. So I sat there wondering whether this was genuine and real, and could lead to something great if I was to date this person, or if I need to stick with the whole MGTOW bit. Certainly feels like you're robbing yourself of something.

Waking up this morning totally sober I can get over it and go back to not wanting to be with women, but man, you just don't get feels like that anywhere else. I am not a person that has random sex with people, I was always a romantic and I appreciated women deeply, so for me there is just no other way to experience women. Now it just breaks my balls to see what has become of most of them, and how I need to be on guard to avoid getting sucked into a one sided BS relationship.

Oh well. I'm sure you fellow MGTOWs have gone through something like that. Perhaps you have some advice or interesting outlook.

Edit---Some really insightful stuff here, thanks guys :)
