Are you at 8-10% BF? No? Hit the gym. Do you have enough muscle to not look like a scrawny cuck? No? Hit the gym.

Do you look like a beta fuckboy with your haircut and poor grooming in general? Get a new haircut, research styles-- go buy new clothes that fit you well.

Are you sociable and a fun person to be around? Can you approach women well? No? Work on these skills on a daily basis.

I thought the warlord post was a major step backward for RP theory. Many here have essentially been decoding what really matters to women. I've followed "game" in one form or another since 2005 and the theories here finally matched what I witnessed in the real world; the cruel reality of the few qualities that women really demand. You can accept these cruel realities and learn to deal with them. Then along comes the warlord post, essentially telling men that practical, concrete action isn't really necessary, it's all in your head, and you can just overcome your lack of success through sheer mental power. To my dismay, instead of the post being skewered or at least ignored it is lauded as the second coming of game by 700+ dupes (or bots.) I'm still not entirely sure it wasn't a nefarious psyop meant to derail all of the progress that has been made here.

That said, all anyone can do here is provide others with the decoding the cruel realities of the world as opposed to what we were all taught as children. There are a few things that women demand in the aggregate, and with that knowledge, only you can decide what to about it. The silver lining is that once you accept the truth you can choose to do something about it. In your specific case, a maybe overweight thirty-something short balding guy, you have to acknowledge you are at a significant attractiveness disadvantage. You can choose to improve your appearance however, some things can't be easily overcome (height being chief among them, baldness being close behind) and a lot of effort won't yield equivalent appreciable gains. Luckily, you're at the age where attractiveness starts to become less important and your finances and social standing become more important. A good strategy, if you decide to go about improving yourself would be to concentrate on making money, and then buying the status symbols that go along with having wealth. Also, improving your network and acquiring positions of power and influence in the community become possible as you get closer to middle age and go a long way with improving your social standing.

Only you can decide if this is all worth it though. A strategy like this takes significant effort, time and money. Almost a life-altering change of routine. And you may be happier not doing all this, relaxing, watching movies and playing video games instead. And I'm starting to think that there may not be anything wrong with a man who makes that decision either.

I control the things I can. I'm not the best looking dude but I dress well, lift, eat well, play music and produce for a hobby. I keep myself interesting and I think people catch on to that. Your height isn't a variable, the quantity of hair isn't variable but your weight and muscle mass is.

If it's a goal you're passionate about, you don't ever give up. You'll regret it and have a void in your life. You clearly care about getting laid or you wouldn't ask for help. It's subtle but ditch the victim mentality, "other guys have it easy, it's unfair I'm bald/short" you are you, play the cards you have. Personally I think about my own mortality and how if I don't achieve the things I want in life that's my own loss. There's a solution to every problem and if you give up you'll never find it. You have to outlast the problem and eventually it will succumb. Also think about areas you're good at and past problems and odds you've overcome, that usually boosts your confidence.

Hey OP, I'm in a fairly similar position. 5'7, 24 years old and heading towards being bald. I've had one serious relationship, my ex had previous abusive boyfriends and liked the fact I was a safe bet. It's fairly difficult to not give up, I opted for monk mode and a year of improving. Attending University, hitting the gym like my life depends on it and the whole self improvement and getting new hobbies. Honestly, I haven't given up, I just place very little care and effort in gaining female validation. They're just not really worth it. The sidebar is like a gold mine, TRP posts are sometimes quite illuminating as well. Looks are important, if these women aren't giving you any attention then improve what you can. At the end of the day, you are the prize, really is their loss. Good luck.

Max out all your attributes first before you make a post like this. This means lifting. If you're in tip-top shape, dress well, don't act like a social retard, and still aren getting laid, then maybe start managing your expectations.

Not everyone will get laid with the top women, but there are PLENTY of women to go around. Even bedding average girls are an accomplishment in itself, considering how thirsty guys are.

You can give up on anything and everything in life you want, just never give up on you.

The problem is when someone gives up on themselves completely, and everything else in the world is thrown out with it.

If the world falls apart tomorrow, and you believe and never give up on you, then the world falls apart, but you, you don't fall apart.

There are two kinds of death. There's the death we all face, when you stop breathing and life is over. Then there's the kind of death where you walking around every day, eating, sleeping, and you've lost all meaning and hope in your life about everything. That's a horrible way to "die" for anyone.

Until you love, respect and admire yourself and learn to make that a habit, then you'll never understand how to never give up on you. Loving, respecting and admiring yourself takes time, often it requires a period where people have to white knuckle it for a while first, without the kind of returns ( i.e. external validation ) that they think they want or deserve.

Be you, but just be the best version of you that you can be today and moving forward. Or give up. The difference really is choosing to either live or die.

At 5'10", I am completely average so I can't relate to the plight of the short man but my suggestion is to get online, get pictures and get videos because creative camera angles can compensate for so much. Tom Cruise isn't really that good looking (ok, so he is a talented actor and he can get jacked because he has the time and money to do so, but he doesn't have top notch facial features and such) but all 64 inches of him are considered dreamy by a large swath of women.
