That's a common feeling. Just turn your sights onto other girls. Spread yourself wide, get a couple on the line. Choose one to pursue or just live with a string of hookups. The next time a girl ghosts or pulls the ol "it's not you it's me" you smile and walk away knowing she's just a number.

This is pretty normal for guys that don’t have abundance mentality. I think at some point we all go through this. You said yourself that you weren’t really attracted to her, so don’t think too much about it....This is what I think most girls feel like when we ghost them after they do/say dumb shit....the hamster spins. We all have done dumb shit at some point that we regret. It's your choice whether this has power in your life or not.

Realize that you can not change what you did -> It is absolutely pointless to think about it.

One time a girl and I had "The talk" (She forced it on me) and I basically told her I will not engage in a relationship. Before I guided her outside, I tried to kiss her one last time. She blocked and I admit it made me feel similar as in your situation because she was a low quality girl and I felt like I gave her all the power in that situation.

Sometimes our ego is the biggest problem. I even get upset when a plate stop responding to my texts and I don’t even care about her. You just need to let it go and focus on what’s next and your purpose.

You lost a friend. Totally understandable why you’d be sad. But it kinda sounds like you strung her along. She was a constant source of attention and validation to you. I’m sure you enjoyed to have someone constantly desiring you. That destroyed the relationship. Should’ve let her know early on you didn’t want anything to do with her romantically.
