It can only be solved with time. Do things to keep your mind distracted and happy. Such as working out, walking, home projects, and etc.. Other than that there is no magical cure. Once you get busy your brain will treat all females the same until they have proven themselves if that's the route you choose to take or you can just keep messing around with a bunch of women. A bunch of people tell you "abundance" without really elaborating and I know that that's what you're expecting. It happens to everyone that even if we spin a few plates, we'll sometime run into this chick with whom we click so well that we can't help, even if for a brief moment, but think "wow I want to spend the rest of my life with her". After all that's how we're biologically constructed and if we didn't have these kind of thoughts, marriage wouldn't have been a thing for the past few millennia.

Now how you get over it? Honestly, I'll say that as long as you keep it within reasonable limits its quite an enjoyable feeling. You probably already know the whole bad consequences of being too in love with someone. However - at least in my case - when I feel I start to overstep certain boundaries, I just completely change my thoughts whenever I find myself thinking of the girl in question. After a while it becomes second nature and within a few weeks she's no longer the central theme of your thought process.

I don't think it ever goes away for anyone. You can fuck 10 girls but if there's one that suddenly branch swings away, it's only instinctual to think about her more and consider the 'what did I do wrong'.

Having lots of other women on the side.Women dont have oneitis cause they always have insane level of abundance.They dont give a shit about who like them or not, they can always find better guy so we have to adapt the same minset.

In the rare occasion where my brain decides to pedestilize a girl and I notice an unhealthy behaviour from my side (F.e. overthinking or similar simp patterns) I completely delete the girls number, sometimes fully block her - If she and I don't regularly have sex.
