For what? Casual sex it’s looks and being better looking than them, for LTRs it’s personality as long as you hit a certain lower threshold for looks.

Honestly all are about equal 1st place - if a single point is lacking I can’t date you.

The only one I would compromise on is background- as this often doesn’t define people.

Also genuine ambition can make up for lacking in wealth/status.

Looks: don’t have to be a model but I must find you attractive.

Personality/vibe is probably most important of all!

As other commenters have said it boils down to looks and money/status.

Looks is valued more for casual sex, money/status is valued more for relationships.

Usually looks-matched couples and similar socioeconomic class couples get together. This is known as assorted mating.

Personality is behind the first two. You can’t show your personality if the woman in question is not impressed by your looks/status. Personality is the most important once the attraction threshold is met, but it doesn’t matter if the person isn’t attracted. However there is a subset of the population is Demi-sexual(sexually attracted to people that treat them well so personality does have more weight in this regard).

Status is number one. I seen many attractive guys get 0. Never a guy with true status not having any girl. In order of importance Status>Looks>Personality>Money
