Fine-tune your critical thinking skills. Don't "seek advice", read good books; experience life, make your own mistakes, I bet that there's a lot that you already know:

don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry
live within your means
build a career and not just a job
pursue your interests and hobby
cultivate your friendships
eat well
get adequate sleep
don't do drugs, don't drink excessively

I know it sounds basic, they are the fundamentals. Practice them every single day, make them a habit.

[This book](https://www.amazon.de/Humankind-Hopeful-History-Rutger-Bregman/dp/1408898934 is a great starting point if you’re looking for a more realistic and scientifically sound world view.

The more I have made sense of the conflicting ideologies and the factors that underlying our politics and ideologies, it nuts, and a lot of it i genetic based. But also in politics, never assume you have reached an answer, because life is about minding the contradictions.

Also in term of feminism, I learned its divisive because it rooted in what’s known as conflict theory, which is it primary goal.n It’s ignores science when convent.

The right has religion that will avoid facts when it feels like it, the left progressivism has turned into a sort of religion all on its own. And the “progressive religion” also ignores science when it feel like it.

Hence why the world is rather chaotic, seem too “gender” is a topic that there is Aton of ignoring of science and also just a heated battle ground all its own.

While he is far from perfict, I have found that Jordan Peterson for most part has a pretty accurate view of things. I initially followed him because I was learning a lot about life entirely on my own and a lot of the themes he addresses I had already been piecing together.

I’m also think it’s the reddit communities that seem To have gotten the worst reviews in terms of the red pill, not typically the original content. None the less, it helpful to see a lot of the game, but it does put us in a sort of defensive on guard kinda mindset

Also it can act as a barrier to love by kinda dehumanizing the other, which acts as a barrier.
