I've been accused of sexual assault in the workplace, not rape, and Luckily she never reported me to the police she just wanted me fired. I saved my job atleast temporarily, Your reputation is gone forever once this shit happens so YOU WILL be changing jobs if it happens to you, but I was able to make an upward move instead of having no choice but to go back to minimum wage.

After I exonerated myself in the eyes of management, I got even, I transferred her to the job she hated most in her life that, bonus, was far away from me. It's in the past now, but the hair still stands up on my neck when I think about what could've happened, and all because I was her supervisor and gave her a write up for being a shit employee. She's still in that shit job and as long as she works for that company she always will be.

Men, If this happens to you, you dedicate every neuron in your brain, every drop of blood in your body, and every second of your life exonerating yourself and then getting even. Otherwise she will continue doing this, again and again, there's no downside for her except the ones you make happen.
