I live in Turkey, but I’m sure this observation is true for most developing countries who experience corruption.

People here blame it on religion and are losing their faith, and they’re all mesmerized by the western religion of science and progressivism: we’d all be living paradise on earth if we didn’t have religion.

And it hurts to watch. I look at the west and I see its people struggling in its modern harsh realities - they’re either forced to take the red pill which essentially makes one more conservative or to live mediocre blue pill lives. Failures of modernity cannot be ignored at this point.

Even if guys here on RP aren’t religious we can still agree on some basic human nature facts, but I’m not having that here either.

Most university graduates are full speed into progressive thinking, not realizing where it took the west. They’re busy running away from their own culture.

Growing up I have learned to live ignoring this but it is getting harder to at 24. How do I adapt?
